Are there any options for installing a manual transmission into the 300E? Other than finding a donor 300E with a factory manual?

Is there any aftermarket companies that make a bellhousing to mate other transmissions up to the M103 or 104?

I’d love to have a 6speed Tremec but I think I’m dreaming 😍

The 190E came with a 103 and a 5 speed manual I have a complete 5 speed kit That I’m going to sell it came from a 91 190E.

What will you be asking for it?

The most straight forward swap would be a Mercedes 5 speed from a 190. You need the appropriate flywheel for the transmission (dual mass for later transmissions single for early), the pedal assembly, the shifter, and the forward part of the driveshaft. I suggest you buy a complete car to either keep or use as a parts car for yours.
