I'd like to thank Guido for personally working on my car for the past week or so. She was in for her 60k mile maintenance, and I requested Guido by name because of his firsthand experience with the breed. Well, thanks to his expertise, I now have an all new wiring harness, motor mounts, and rear shocks en route from Germany, all covered under Starmark. The car feels stronger than before, thanks to the new parts and a tuneup, but more importantly, I have peace of mind. I know that these key areas are taken care of before they ever became a problem, and all under warranty. I really appreciate your help, Guido, thanks again.

Unfortunately, the car is still shaking at idle. The engine itself seems to be running smoothly, but the car rocks back and forth. I know you swapped the motor mounts, what else do you think it might be? It'd be great if you could check it out when I take her back in for those shocks. Do you want me to ask for John as my service advisor next time? Would that make things easier for you? Let me know.
