KLEEMANN burnout

Well....
Donnie and I got rowdy today at MB Autowerks.
We did a monster burnout in our driveway with our new CLK55 KLEEMANN demo car.

The best part is that we caught it on video!

Click on the MB Autowerks/KLEEMANN banner at the top of this page to see it.

If you have been considering a KLEEMANN upgrade, you owe it to yourself to take a ride in this car. It's better than Disney World!

Funny you should mention that...
We're working on something along those lines right now.
Sort of a "convertible" exhaust.

with power you can do almost anything!

er slightly step on the brake....call it "line lock" hot rod technique.

ronald_m 07-13-2002 12:30 AM

So i 'm gonna use my left foot to press the brake while stepping on the gas

burnout

yup.....takes practice though.....just gotta lightly hold the front wheels in one place long enough for the rear tires to break loose..
we have burn out contests here at the local drag strip. Most of the cars are automatics. GO TILL YOU BLOW (the tire we hope!)

Those are awesome transformations that you have done to the cars. Have you ever done an SLK 32 AMG? Any other SLKs?

We don't currently have anything for the SLK32 AMG but, we should have something soon. It will be a boost kit consisting of a couple of pulleys.

To do the burnout, you have to turn off ESP and you need the steering wheel to be straight. If the car starts to yaw to one side or the other, the ESP will stop the fun... Keep it straight and all will be well.

Hey benzmac...did you buy all of your engine sensors from the electromotive dealer?

Benzmac 07-14-2002 09:14 PM

Yes, but I am an Electromotive dealer. They have parts quality in line with the German parts!

Maddog 07-14-2002 11:03 PM

Your a dealer....I need to buy my setup for my turbo project....wanna hook me up? I live here in georgia. Let me know because I was going to head over to turbo Tom's because he is a dealer and buy all of my stuff from him. But if you are a dealer, i would much rather buy from you!!!
