Literature on AMG Hammer etc.?

I'm trying to find literature (magazine articles, tests, books etc.) on the AMG Hammer cars, the 500E and possibly other tuner creations (Renntech, Brabus). I believe Car and Driver had a Dec. 1986 test on the AMG Hammer. I also remember seeing a Motor Trend article in the early mid 90s. I know of the Renntech E7.3 test in Car and Driver. Could anyone help me with any other leads on ways to finding more sources maybe on the internet. Thanks

You can always get back issues of The Star; they have great articles on each car when released. 6/99 European Car did an article on the 500E/E500. 4/92 Car & Driver did an M5/Audi S4/500E comparison, but old copies can no longer be obtained from the publisher.

Thank you all for your help. Brian I would really appreciate it if you could find the mailing list source. I'm trying to narrow down the search now for literature on the w124 tuner (AMG Hammer, Renntech etc.)creations and the 500E. I have the following.

92 Car & Driver on an M5/Audi S4/500E comparison (scanned copy)
99 European Driver on 500E/E500 (original article)

Looking for:
12/86 Car and Driver on AMG Hammer (not found yet)
Fall 93/94 Motor Trend on AMG Hammer (not found yet)
Any other suggestions?

I went to my schools archives, and I did not find anything in motor trend of the years of 93 and 94 about the AMG hammer. However, I did find some 500E articles.

Aug 93 pg 64 on 500E

sept 1993 page 20 on the back side had a compairson of cars over 60k and listed the 500E.

June 1993 I found a page on the V8 Mercedes 400E.
