Shot up E500
Saw an E500 on King St. in Toronto on Saturday with bullet holes in it. Upon closer inspection, they were decals that looked like bullet holes. Aren't there too few of these cars around to do something like that to one?

what colour was it??
did the owner have holes in his head?? oh well...it has been really hot in Toronto lately,....maybe the sun got to the brain.!lol:D |
I saw a PT cruiser like that once, I thought they were real until my brother touched them. WHY?
|
I picked up a small dent/chip on my hood from road debris-until it gets painted I was planning to pop one of those on-they look better than the ding!!
|
Those decals were very prevalent in the early 90's...but where I lived, the cars I spotted had the REAL things!

I saw a 1950's 190SL with these vullet hole stickers onit. I thought what a shame to put thos ona beautiful car like this...

I saw that 500E a few times too. Some young punk, the licence plate is something like "BADABING" I beleive. Draw your own conclusions.

The bullet-hole decal fad seems to be undergoing a big revival
While home to my roots in Minnesota (20 miles NE of the mythical site of Lake Wobegon) for the past two weeks, I saw a lot of vehicles (many pickups) with them. Maybe J. C. Whitney (Warshowsky) just had a big sale to clear ancient inventory.
