3.0L m103 in 1987 190e 8v

I have recently purchased a 3.0L m103 engine from a 300TE with transmission. I have also acquired a 300te rear diff. I know it is the same block as the 2.6L that is found in 190e's. My questions is what has to be changed other than the core support, radiator and hoses. With a trans from a 300te bolt up? What about a lsd rear differential that can handle the power of the 3.0L? What differential with fit? Any info on the conversion would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, one more question, I have decided on using dynomax mufflers and high flow cats (no money for remus esp. when there is not that much gain over american brands). Would it be better to do dual 2 1/4 pipes or one larger pipe all the way back. Thanks

Go with a 5-spd manual trans for your car. Sure the TE trans will bolt up, but why use it????

Buy the 300E 5-speed manual or use a 190E 2.3-16v 5-speed.

I have a 2.3-16v, but it comes with the tranny, front half driveshaft, radiator, clutch, cylinder, pedal, and the rest of the stuff todo the conversion from an auto. Its a direct bolt up as well.

Make me a private offer, since I'm trying to unload everything.
