Will a S 350 DT crank fit in a 104.980 engine??
I'm putting together a turbo engine for my 190 E, and would like to have some extra volume in it...
The crank from a MB 3.5 liter diesel engine would be a lot cheaper than a Renntech or AMG(at least I think so) stroke kit... I'm getting pistons from JE, but I don't know how much the standard piston rod can handle, anyone have an idea? ...You can expect a lot more questions coming from me in the future... |

I was reading somewhere that someone with a C36 turned it into a 500 + hp car by putting in a S 350 Diesel crank, custom rods, and pistons, then they turbo charged it. I read it on here. Someone was looking for a C36 article. Do a search on that, you should find it.
