300e Torque Specs.
 
Does anyone have the torque values for an m103 engine? I'm looking for the rod and main bearing cap values. I ordered a manual, but it will be a few days before I receive it. Any info would be very helpful.

According to the w124 service cd
 
rods: 30nm then 90 deg angle torque
mains: 50nm then 90-100 degrees angle torque

That is correct UNLESS you replace the rod bolts with the modified REPLACEMENT ones part number 111-038-00-71.
WITH these bolts the rods torque to 40Nm & then 90deg.
