92 500E and 94 E500 for sale in Bay area

I received a call today from a man who runs a mostly BMW shop, saying that he has a 92 500E, one owner, all books, 60,000+miles, for around $27,000.00 Also, in today's SF Chronicle, there is a 94 E500, 75,000 miles, one owner, for the same, $27,000. I know nothing more than that. If anyone is seriously interested, please e-mail me, and I will hook you up.
