M103 Headers

Here is some work what I did about month ago for my car, I cut the old exhaust pipes, and removed precats and old exhaust manifolds, I try to post some pictures too, power gain is very dramatic starts 3000 rpm and keep on going until the rpm limiter cuts the fuel, feels like least 10 hp- 15 I also have a big throttle body and raise fuel pressure some, what helps too makes engine running a pit riccher, but the gas mileage is same or even better I do have some of those headers $449 www.benzboy.com

It almost seems like it would breath better with the stock manifolds with no pre-cats. You have all six exhaust ports emptying to one tube vs. 3 into 2 tubes. Am I missing something? I don't doubt you, I'm just curious how it breathes better.

You missing something, pretubes diameter is 38mm same what the cylhead have, then there is two 3 to 1 collectors 41mm they dump gasses final collector what is 63.5mm, what is connected original two pipes 43mm. You can calculate this more farther with this numbers. I think and thought and seems to work well, I am happy with resolutions.
