cam regrinds suggestions

Thanks everyone for the suggestions on the head modifications, now that I have a clear understanding. Is there any suggestions on possible cam regrinding specifications for performance?

Auto set up.
Heads will be cleaned up in all ports and intake, 3 angle valve job, intake ports matched to heads.

The only way I know to see what cam regrinding will do for your engine is finding what the "profile" of the cams that are in the engine right now.

I use a computer program to evaluate changes to the engine BEFORE I try them. But you need to know & plot all engine variables first.
