AMG Suspension

Does anyone know if the rear self leveling components are still being produced (shocks, nitrogen cells etc). The reason I am asking is I would like to know what the shelf life of these components are. I don't see much point in splashing out for 10 year old AMG components if they will go bad really quickly.
Also, is there any reference on the make up of the Lemans Sauber Silver Arrow M119 engines(eg were any of the major components stock, if not who made them).
Thanks in advance.

Almost all of the self-levelling parts are still available, esp. for the 1983-1995 cars.

The W124's that had self-levelling stock (wagon and 500E) have an abundance of parts available.
