Question ASR/ABS lamps

I have changed a faulty battery on my 1992 500E and after installing new battery,I notice the ABS/ASR lamps in instrument panel come on after starting which is abnormal as I know.

any ideas of resolving this issue???

Did you connect jump leads the wrong way round? or connect the battery leads wrongly?

Check battery is connected OK, then check the fuse(s) on top the OVP relay. You will find it behind a plastic cover in the engine compartment at the bottom of the windscreen on the right hand side of the car.
