differences between e420 and e430?

I'm looking into buying either an 97 e420 or 98 e430, What are the differences besides the displacement? THe e420's seem to be lower priced, but I'm concerned about a one year production, in regards to parts down the road.

They are different engines.

The E420 is a M119 engine with DOHC.

The E430 is a M113 engine with a SOHC, two spark plugs and 3 valves per cylinder.
