Well tonight i was reminded why driving my mbz is soo fun.. I am a 18 year old male.. and i was out cruzin the streets in my 83' 500SEL. I have it droped, lights and a hole in my exaust pipe that gives me the sound of one of those aftermarket exausts.. so back to the story.. i pulled up next to a tricked out Civic Lx. (4door) ne way long story short.. ended up racing on PCH while we pass a officer.. who quickly pulls the honda over for speeding.. guess he thought sm1 in a 20 year old benz would be up to the chase.. sucks for him..
btw fastest ive ever taken that sel was up to 120 on the 73 toal road ( if ne1 is familar with Southern Cal. ) it would of gone faster but it was shaking too much soo i stoped.. ne1 else drive crazly in old mbz's? |

Search the Shop Forum for some of the past 500E exploits... The true alure of these cars (when it comes to performance) is the stealth ability they posses.
