Pic of My 500 FINALLY

First, thanks to Scott (aka run.exe) for helping me with the file size and also thanks to Albert (aka extreme) for direction on the wheels...remember imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

I am not a new owner as I purchased this in August of 2002 but I can't believe I actually regretted parting with my LS400. Well, I love this car as I think that is a common theme in this thread and I appreciate the help I have received to date and the commaraderie shared with regards to this car.

Wow, that looks fantastic. 19" I assume? What size rubber did you squeeze on there? Any negative impact on acceleration? Please post some bigger pics! Also, how about some shots side by side with the E320 Cab?

Daesun~

Thanks all. Here are stats on wheels/tires: F: 19x8.5, R: 19x10.0 Bridgestone S03 F: 245/35/19, R: 275/30/19. No negative impact on acceleration that I can tell other than I want to push it off the line more )))

I wanted to post some larger ones but the site says max of like 66k and my pics are high res which is why I turned to Scott to help.

Only time these cars are side by side is in my garage and what a HUGE dichotomy...its hysterical...kinda like Andre the Giant meets Mr Rodgers.

I will post pics of the cab from my concours event on Sun which I showed the Cab and judged. I will try for that tonight if I can resize the pics.

Very nice choice of rubber, in terms of both make and size. You got my mouth watering here. Is your suspension stock? If it is lowered, do you have any rubbing problems? How's your traction now? Ever see the orange triangle of doom anymore?

Ross~ poundage guess would be like 60ish per wheel/tire combo which is what I think UPS weighed them in at when shipped.

Daesun - vehicle has been lowered but I acquired it already lowered has Lorinser springs but I am not sure of the pad. No rubbing at all and no special changes needed to accomodate them either.

I see the orange triangle of doom whenever I REALLY push it but she sticks real well to the road.

One unfortunate effect of adding this wheel/tire setup is that everyone wants to run with me off the line from Civics to a Viper. I dont waste the gas on the 4's and 6's but that Viper was alot of fun to run with through the traffic of the Beltway.

Mark,

That is one freakin' beautiful car!!

I think I saw it once driving on the beltway. I have the same color scheme, but your paint is a lot deeper.

All I know is that I nearly ran into a car in front of me that day because I couldn't take my eyes off that 500-E.

Yeah, that would be great!!

Only problem, I have three cars already. I'm selling my diesel (probably) and am buying my own place this year.

Damn priorites!! Hopefully someday. I'll just keep dreamin' for now.

Maybe I can roll with my little 16 valve for now? Think I could keep up??
