WTB: Looking for MB track car.
Greetings,
I am looking for a car to use for DE events as well as SCCA autocross. I keep coming back to the 190 2.3-16. What does everyone think? I don't want to run my 500E (too heavy and too valuable). Does anyone know where I can get one track ready? What do you think is the best engine for the car? Please advise, Dave

Id get a C36, more potential and newer car to do mods to. Turbocharge the electronic fuel injection.

Check the for sale forum, saw a 2.3-8v track car that was in real clean condition. Or call Rick at RC-imports...he has a few he rents out, and might even sell.

www.autotrader.com has some cheap 2.3-16 for sale. Get a nice cheap one and you will not regret it. The 2.3-16 engine is great for track, and pretty good for autocross. Although it does not have too much torque, the handling more than makes up for it in an autocross situation. Check out www.rc-imports.com
