Angry stolen 500E..need help..

I'm sure many of you have seen pictures of my 92 500E posted here on MS. Well sadly to say that two nights ago my car was stolen. I never would have thought that it would get stolen. I know this may sound funny or stupid but if anyone hears or knows of a stolen 500E in the Southern California area I will reward them for information leading to my car. I am pretty sure it was stolen by a pro since there was no broken glass where it was parked. To all the 500E owners I suggest you think twice of where you park your car or you may end up like me. Now I have to sit around and hope that it will be found, but I'm sure if they find it most of my mods won't be there but I'll even take back just the car. This just goes to show you how screwed up of a world we're living in. Anyway you all keep enjoying your 500's and keep them close.
Thanks in advace for any help.
vcci

PS. Just in case you havent seen my car before here is picture of it.

Thats messed up man! Real sorry to hear that!

Could it have been towed by the thieves? You probably did this already but make sure you run to your local Sheriffs tow yards and make sure they don't have it.

I have already checked with the local Sherrifs Dept and no luck. I dont think it was towed by the thiefs since it was parked in a major street and would take to long for them to hook it up on a tow truck. If you ever see it in the NY area be sure to let me know..lol

LOL if I can catch it!
I posted this on bnzsport.com seeing as a lot of the guys over there are from the SoCal area. It would be something if someone spots it. Fingers crossed.

The 500E is gathering such a "cult" following, I wouldn't be surprised if it was towed by a pro, and either parted out or sent overseas.

Very sad to hear.

BTW: can you say where and what streets, and time, your baby was stolen?

:-( neil

Thats just awful. I always assumed 500es came with some sort of anit theft devices.
