'02 Coupe Stock dyno, baseline for mods

Please ignore the A/F Ratio numbers, an exhaust probe was used. I just forgot to request the O2 Sensor.

All four runs-

The shop owner and I were both surprised at how consistant all the runs were.

Tomorrow or Tues. the KLEEMANN clutch goes in and I am going to re-dyno the car. Mid-week the KLEEMANN Pulley goes in and I will re-dyno once the ECU has adapted.

(sorry for the links, the image is too big, it's only 72 DPI, and the IMG tags don't seem to want to work.)

nukblazi,

Did the dyno operator say something about the air/fuel mixture, such that it is pretty lean on top and very lean in the middle of the powerband.

Certainly it appears that there is some extra power to be had if you can richen up the mixture.

Jeff-

We took the baseline A/F ratio measurements with an exhaust probe, after the cat.

A best guess it that the A/F is -1 across the band.

I know I addressed this in either the email or another post another place, but I am going to be working with KLEEMANN to resolve the issue through the ECU after I am done installing the Alloy pulley Brandon shipped yesterday. I was going to install a KLEEMANN ring pulley, but the Alloy will be lighter. Then the ECU.

A goal of early Oct. has been set for the Lysholm prototype being complete and delivered to me.
