Is it bad to remove SLS on a 95 Wagon?

If one were to lower a 95 E320 Wagon with the Sportline suspension and different spacers, could you lower it 3/4 of an inch to 1 inch?

Would it not be a good idea to put on the Sportline suspension on a W124 Wagon even if it is rarely driven with 4 people on board? Thanks for your help!

Also, are there 17 by 7 inch BBS RX or RK wheels available for a 95 E320?

I'm sure ke6dcj will post some good info about this. If you don't want to wait you can search this forum for [sportline wagon 500e]

You can Install Sport Springs ..H/Rs or Others and (ADJUST) the rear Height via adjustment on the rod to the servo..
I would leave the self level system in ...Unless it has died..

Mark, ----->

How does your W124 Wagon ride with the H&R springs? Is it too harsh for taking a family on a drive?

Do you have to pay a lot of attention when going into parking lots as to not scrap the front bumper?

Thanks!

Unless you get the SportLine springs for SLS, the wagon's rear struts does not, IMHO, properly dampen the rear SportLine.

Also, unless the roads are VERY smooth, SportLine suspension does NOT make for a very comfortable/compliant ride. Great on the track though!

IMHO, 500E springs all around (500E's have SLS in the rear) are best, including 500E front struts, and 500E rear sway bar WITH a 500E or W124 Limo sway bar in the front.

H&R's are too low IMHO and scrape everywhere.
