Anyone live near 1205 Laurel Street, San Carlos, CA?

This is the address of an internet retailer called Royale Diecast. I ordered a Minichamps 1/43 Mercedes car from them but they have disappeared....no answers to emails and telephone is disconnected. However, their internet site is still updated regularly and they are still offering model cars for sale.

I'm wondering if this is a scam site?? I'd appreciate if someone could drop by this address and take a look.

Hey, I went by the place today. It really is there but I didnt get a chance to get in as they have some weird hours. They are only open from 9am-11am PST time and closed on sunday so they are not there for long. I tried calling the number on the website and it seems that its a fax line. Kind of weird but maybe give them a call at those times? Unfortunately I am busy tomorrow but I'll drop by on Thursday.

For the mosselman parts, I'm putting them on my 300ce

And for the c280, ya got t-boned on the drivers side as I couldn't see the light as a a tree was blocking my view. Insurance gave me a lot more than I was expecting so least that made me happy

Thanks again Rascel. I've filed a complain with PayPal but guess what, they don't investigate after 30 days! This retailer stalled for that long.....

If they have a bricks and mortar store, maybe they are just incompetent business people? Regardless, I really hate being ripped off

Thanks to Henry and Neil, my questions has been answered as to whether this outfit is a scam or simply bad with business!

Unfortunately, it seems they are just another dishonest internet business. The forum members that visited were told I didn't pay for insurance so too bad. I paid these clowns $12 for UPS shipping of a single Minichamps car, which is automatically insured for $100. Now they say it went by USPS uninsured and they pocketed over $8 for "handling"....IF they ever did ship

So remember all you Minichamps or diecast fans at mercedesshop... DON'T BUY FROM ROYALE DIECAST!

Make sure you leave them with a bad rating on E-Bay. I would also ask them for the tracking number and track the shipment. If they can't come up with a number (every business keeps a log) then they haven't shipped it and are definitely lying. I would also point out to them that you frequent several 500E dedicated websites and you will be putting their name and their poor business practice on a these websites for everyone to view. If that doesn't make them change their minds I guess your stuck.
