I just came across a Silver S420 today(July 17, 1999) at 49th and Fraser St., with Clear turn signal, lowered, and 18" AMG Monoblock. Just wondering if it's yours....

Also, where did you get those clear turn signals?? I always wanted a pair of those. They look good, and how much are they a pair??

Oh, and what brand of spring/shock do you use on your S420?? And price??

yes, bekkers is where I got them from. they're 54 us each, plus shipping, etc. They ended up costing me about 161 for the lenses plus I had to pay UPS something for brokerage -- $30 I think.

If you go down to AMG Performace (near 3rd & manitoba I think), eddie sells them for about $300 a set I think.

I got Eibach springs. I think they were abut $700, and the guys down at COMPTECH (5th & Yukon I think) installed them, and they did the alignment there as well.

The car looks so much better now, and the sport 9000 are incredible -- well compared to the stock MXV4 anyways.

That probably was me that you saw. I was taking my dog down for grooming at knight & 57th. I did drive by there on saturday. I'm quite sure that it's the only car in town with that look. I'm looking into changing the grill to the S600 grill (more chrome). Then that's probably all I'll do.

Actually, I rarely drive the S class. It's my wife's car (I don't think she has noticed that the car looks different now). My driver is a silver SL500 with 17" 3-piece AMGS. Honk if you see me. ***-889.
