Euro Headlight lens replacement procedure...With Pics!

Thanks to Steve (c107) I'm back in top shape with a new Euro headlight lens from http://www.capitolwest.com/mercedes_exterior_accessories.htm .

Cost was about $60 and the service from Capitol West was excellent. The first lens I received was shattered so I called and another was on its way immediately. No questions asked...a class operation.

Below I've summarized the replacement procedure into five pics. Please excuse the rust on my DS fender.

Hope this helps!

Euro left front blinker.....help!

I need to replace the driver side blinker and it doesn't look promising. Is there a trick to it??? If you need to send instructions to ksandy@bsamail.org....not sure if I can find this site again.

Nice job.

I replaced the lens's insitu. And one should be careful cleaning the reflector. It is easy to wipe the "silver" right off.
