Restoration Project with Missing Pieces - Any Advice Appreciated!
 

I bought a project '79 SL. I think all of the parts are there with the exception of some interior parts. Primarily the side panel behind the doors and the carpeting / wooden box that I hear used to be in the "back seat". I have searched many websites and have found door panels, but not these side panels or the rear box/carpet. Does anyone know where I can find these parts? A junkyard would be ideal particularly for the side panels. Should I try to find the carpet and wooden box for the back seat or try to find used jumpseats? Thanks, in advance for your help! Color is blue.

I'm guessing you have a 450SL. If so, I believe I have the rear floorboard carpet pieces in blue velour. I'll make you a good price if that's the case and if you're interested. They still have the foam backing and are in excellent condition.
