Throttle hesitation !

spent all weekend sanding my bathroom cabinets down to have them restained. My SL was parked in the garage i was sanding in and as a result im getting this very frustrating hesitation when i hit the gas. i cleaned out the air filters and it got slightly better but still obvious. Can someone provide a light as i am in the dark about a solution. Did i make a costly mistake?.help!!!

hesitaion

Unlikely to be caused by sandig dust since the car was not running right?

Get a fresh tank of gas and put some TECHRON in it.
