1986 560sl Hood

My wife backed into her 560 with her SUV and the hood got buckled up. Is there any hope of repairing the hood? All the body guys I have talked to tell me to replace it, which is very very expensive and almost impossible to find used. Where cany you even buy a new one. I live in the Atlanta area
