Fuel filter 99 sl 500

Hello,Fuel filter question
Where exactly is this jewel located ,mine is a 1999 Sl 500 and I believe it needs changing

It is under the car between the passenger side rear wheel and driveline there is a big plastic cover, under that cover is where the filter and the pump is located. Good luck and be sure to use a genuine MB filter. Also if you are getting under the car use ramps or jack stands!
