Smile Time to Cry for this McLaren SLR

Some people have all the money in the world and still have no class. A $500K car totaled.

Yhat's really sad. Thanks for the link. I was amazed at the other wrecked cars. What a site. How'd you find this one?

What I took from the article in the link is that anyone who would cause an accident and then run away without even stopping to help the innocent victim that they have injured is without honor and a coward regardless of financial status or occupation.

It just goes to show that integrity and character are not commodities available for purchase.

I found the website a long time ago. I was amazed at the volume of arrogance that some of the owners have after wrecking their cars. If they can afford it, I could care less if they waste their money. Nouveau riche, new money... whatever you want to call it, still no class and irresponsible.

OK, how soon before it's back on the road with a salvaged title and 50lbs of bondo?

Hey, look at the bright side. Now you can buy it for cheap.

I just saw one picture of a SLR running the Gumball Rally in Europe. Wait till that one gets totaled, then you have two wrecked ones to choose from. What a deal.

How else commoners like us can afford one?

Salvaged title-only in USA.I've seen cars with clean title and the magnet does NOT stick on any panels. You guess the bondo amount.
In Europe-no such nonsence.

Mike Tyson once crashed his Bentley into a tree. He tried to give it away to the responding police men at the crash site. He went and bought a new one. Its only a car, no more no less. You can't take them with you when you die. I see peolple treat their cars better than they treat their friends and family. Cars are disposable. Buy a new one, it helps the economy.
