1984 280sl (Euro) Tuneup parts
Hello all,
My husband and I have owned a 1984 (Euro) 280sl for about a year now and it needs a tuneup... Anyone know a source for distributor caps, rotors and wires? I appreciate ANY help... Thanx!

This is a really old tip - but Bekker Imports (Bekker.com?) in GA used to be able to get any gray market part. I once owned what I believe was the ONLY gray market Audi ever and they could get parts for it. Some of these other gray market people should know they best sources.

You might also check with Millers out of California. They have a great web site too.

HEI Ignition
Don't know if you are still checking this post, we switched to a Crane Cams
(cranecams.com) XR 700 (HEI) system and have been very pleased. 1975 280SL. Fits Bosch distributors, no more points.
