Another one - 500SL 1991

I also noticed recently after some water got in (due to my stupidity) that my seat belt tensioner is on all the time(meaning picture when you brake hard and how your seat belt locks) mine is like that all the time, on both seats, I replaced the fuses but still stuck like that, its very annoying but SAFE though I am tucked in tight.

Any advise where to look? this old damn SL, I only waiting for the day I buy the 2000 SL, they probably not any better but the newer non 119 engine is appealing.
