Hatch Cover Upholstry

I need to replace the MB-Tex on my hatch cover lid.

Has anybody done this? and if so could give me some tips?

Where do I buy this piece?

I was told that you can't buy it at the dealer any longer. I'm having it done as we speak at my local upholstery shop for $200 installed.
