1964 230 SL info wanted

I am needing info on assisting a friend in selling a 230SL. Running and moving, been in storage long term. Needs brakes and fuel tank. I am assuming underbody rust as it is in the midwest. Any rough ideas on value? It has lots of new parts, including soft top. It has both tops and is an automatic transmission verison. All records from new with car. More info and pics to follow as I get it.
