Fuse question

I need to replace the fuse for the central locking system on my '88 560sl (fuse #11) The cover plate doesn't list a rating and I'm wondering if anybody knows. It should be eith 8 or 16 amps (white or red). Right now I have a blue one in there, does anyone know what the blue fuses are rated at? Thanks for any help.

David.

David, According to the factory diagram on the inside fuse cover in my 88 560SL, Fuse # 11 is 8amp white.

Thanks all.

I found out the blue fuse is 25A, so I'll change that out. Funny, I have an '88 as well and the diagram on the inside of the fuse cover has no rating for fuse #11. I attached a photo. I wonder why mine is different. Anyway, I'll go with 8 amps.

David, my diagram is similar, but there is a "square" symbol under the 11 on mine, which codes out to 8amp. I can't make it out on your diagram. Anyway, white's the fuse to use!
