I have a semi rough idle, haven't been able to find the vac leak, I pulled the egr vac hose at the valve but didn't hear a vac, also the tranny shifting is compromised and it seems to react slow / slip when I punch the gas, not always though.

which valve vac valve switch is related to the tranny shift point, tranny control. How do you test this valves? there are 4 valves under the left hand cover next to the engine.

Trying to find the vac problem that causes the erratic rough idle,for example today coming back from lunch, at the stop light with air cond OFF the car was idling fine, I wasn't pushing it prior to that stop, after arriving home when I set it on Park the rough idle came back.
