plastic glue choices

I have been looking for a grill for my 1990 500 SL for months. A new one is about $850 , that’s too much money and too easy. When I looked at the grill for 10th time I think I could salvage it. The front is in good shape to the eye. The structural part is all plastic has 5-6 clean cracks.
What glue/epoxy/plastic weld product could I use to fuse this type of plastic together? Since it is hidden from site I do not have to use thin glue like a super glue. I was thinking of a heaver substance like a 2 part epoxy would give more of a bonding surface to both surfaces.
If I wanted to make a “bridge” ----_____------ to add stability , what type of plastic should I use. If I bridged all the cracks I would only need 5 square inches of the material but I want to make sure the new material, the original plastic and the glue of choice were compatible.
Model glue? Then I could cut up parts of the plastic model kit for the bridges.

Second quick question: What is that “grill kit, $24.95” , I see all over ebay when I search for my elusive grill.

I like a Devcon product, PolyStrate Plastic Welder II 14340.
It's a two part glue (50 ml) that is made for their special applicator but you can use it without the rather pricey applicator. It's formulated for hard to bond substrates such as nylon, modified polyesters and epoxy composites. Works great on plastic bumpers so I would expect it to work on your grill as well. For reinforcement I usually use small pieces of scrap stainless steel although the glue can be built up to give structural strength.
