wiper problems, need your help

91 500SL; got caught in a rain storm on Sunday for about an hour.
3 separate times, the wiper would freeze mid cycle. I would turn the switch off, then on again, it would work normally.
Any ideas??

You need to repair or replace the wiper control relay. K26

Had the same problem on my 91 R 129.
Check fuses are making good contact, it cured mine.
