Your Best and Worst - Miles per Tank of Gas
 

Just broke 320 miles on my 500 doing 60% city and 40% highway. Even at $70 per fill up, I'm happy. :D

My former '75 450SL could barely break 130 miles city and 210 miles on the highway.

Something must have been faulty on that '75 SL.

With car running properly only on 6cyl and bad cams hardly opening valves on other two, my '80 450SLC had managed 600km with 70litres of 93 octane @ 100-160km/h. Things have now changed with new cams. 450km's is minimum in town only and 700km is a piece a cake on hwy
