ADS Problem

I have a 1990 SL500 the suspension is giving a lot of problems, I have replaced the ADS ECU and wiring loom the comfort switch and oil control switch, and I changed the wiring to the comfort switch as dascribed in the manual, now the warning light goes out when I start the car but nothing happens. The car does not rise or lower (I can raise and lower it from under the car so hydraulic side works) one thing I did notice upon checking my instalation, is Im only getting 8 volts at pin 1 of the harness plug I think it should be 12 volts, I also replaced the over, voltage protection relay, anybody out there got any idias. Dave.

@ v12man

Also my 1991 500SL doesn't rise or lower when I push the button.
How did you raise and lower it from under the car to check if the hydraulics work ?

Thanks
