Lorinser 129 SL

Hi All,

This morning I took delivery of a 1990 Lorinser 500SL that I imported from Japan.

The car is stunning - it has a Lorinser body kit and 18" alloys, but what I would like to know is did Lorinser actually sell a wholly modified car like a SL63 AMG or was it just cosmetic add ons?

Its got Lorinser written on the black plastic engine cover but I have no idea if the engine has been touched at all.

By the way, the exhaust sounds incredible - if they are available anywhere I would recommend checking one out.

You might want to put your glasses on when posting pics. That my friend is no SL by a long shot.

Me thinks the only thing correct in your description versus the picture is that, indeed, the vehicle was imported from Japan. Good luck on getting parts for this baby at your local MB dealer.

I was going to say . . . Man, the Japanese 129's certainly do look different that the American ones.
