I just got an '87 560SL with 105K for $8500 if that helps. My car needs some TLC but the body is good with only one small rust spot that is no biggie. The motor need a tune-up and the valve cover gaskets replaced. Now these are the immidiate needs but with any 20 old car ther is a tons of other 'stuff' that needs attention but as long as the body and engine/trans are solid then it isn't that bad. IMO...

That would be on the high side for 120K miles. Bbut not bad for a car in perfect condition inside and out.
