The Little green Light - 72 450SL
When I put on the fog lamps, should the little green light on the end of the knob light up? I took it off and put a new bulb in it but it does not come on. Little things tend to stress me out

My R129 has two positions. The light does not come on when I pull the headlight switch out to the first detent. If I keep pulling to the second, the light comes on.

Ah that is the answer,it only comes on if you have the rear fog or some "option" other than the standard fogs
makes sense now , thanks
