Gas Tank vent Location - 72 450SL
Where is the tank vented? I think mine may be stopped up, I get a large air vacuum release when I open fuel cap ( tank at 1/4)

If so, then thats where it's vented. Your tank should hold some pressure and when it reaches a certain point an inline pressure relief valve will open dumping the excess pressure into the charcoal cannister. Could be the valve is pooched.

I found the vent, cleaned it up , may be the problem, but I really think it may be in the lines going to the second evaporationtank, I just have not had time to look
Thanks
