Question 88 560Sl ilde issue!

I have a question on my 560SL idling. car starts everytime but it will shake for a second for every other 15 seconds. It seems miss a fire or something. runs pretty good. Any suggestion where should I start to look into this problem.

Thanks!

I would check the distributor through plugs.

You may also want to check quickly by unplugging one ignition wire at a time to see if the stumbling gets worse or stays the same. If you pull a wire and the car continues to run as before then you've narrowed it down to that particular cylinder. Be sure to use an pair of pliers with an insulated handle.

Next up would be to check each injector.

Just my 2 cents.
