Pls help.. my 99 sl500 stalls when warm

My 99 SL500 - 56,000 miles, about 10 minutes after start, when warm, it stalls. It will restart after about 10 minutes, run for 5 or 10 minutes, and stall again. There is no spark after it stalls for about 10 minutes, (I pulled a plug wire right after it stalled and cranked it over, no spark) then all is OK for a short time.

Any idea what is causing this? my guess is something is expanding when warm and breaking a circuit, but what?

Most appreciate any help

Matthew

Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS) maybe bad. Search this site for more, very common problem.
