Yeah, put them back on the shelf.
In 20 years of storing SLs for about 5 months of the year, I have never bothered to jack them up. No problems with wheel bearings or whatever else worries you. Any flat spots on the tires will work themselves out after a short drive.
FWIW.

I store about 5 months also. I don't jack the car either. However, I do add stabilizer to a full tank of fresh gas, pump the tires to 50lbs, and keep a battery tender connected. Never had a problem in 30 years of storing cars.

Thanks very much for taking the time out to respond. I have had a few people tell me the same thing. I guess I will take the jacks back. Thanks again

I do the same thing except I do my annual oil change just before I put the car away.
