How to rRemove heater control panel.560sl

I am experiencing a couple of loose connections. The heater blower fan will sometimes work and not others also my radio will sometimes shut off after going over a road bump but will come back on if I bang on the dash area just above. How do you get in behind these to check for connections etc?? I am sure it has been done many times by you fellas.

Just dropped mine to get the radio out a couple of weeks ago. Remove the ashtray and its bracket and the thing should come right out if I remember correctly.
