Can anyone identify unknown plug on a w107 1975 280?

Hi - I was helping/trying to fix a vacuum prob on a 1975 w107 and found this plug, can not see where this will fit, it was found behind the glove box ...is it a spare or does it need to plug into something?? It has two brown wires and one white with red stripe see pic below?? Anyone know what this is??

Thanks guys

There was an option in the 107 for a rechargeable flashlight that plugged into the glove box. It doubled as the glovebox light when it was plugged in. That looks like the plug for it.

That is the glove box receptacle. I may have one or two of the rechargable flashlights sitting on a shelf in my garage. Not sure if they work or not though. I assume they may have some sort of cell in them, but haven't taken them apart to check.

They are dark grey. I will be gone for the weekend, but if I get a chance I will see if I can locate the ones I have on the shelf. Of course it is supposed to be -15 to -20F here in Minnesota this weekend so don't know how much time I can spend in my unheated garage before I freeze my tootsies off.

Anyway, I will get back to you folks once I find them. Sit tight...
