oxygen sensors

I understand that there are four of them. I am trying to install a new wiring harness and two of the harnesses go through the forewall and connect to the oxygen sensors.Question? Do I have to take out the passenger seat and middle dash to get to the 0xygen sensors. I have been told I do. Thanks

There are 4 on the 96 SL600. And removal of seats and carpets will be required. I didn't think you needed to remove the console.

I thought these might help. The file names explain them.

I guess these pictures imply removal of the center console.

Good Luck
