seats

I was thinking about changing my seats in my 450SL,can anyone tell if any other car seat will interchange with the SL. Thanks,Dennis

only easy change is with seats from another 107 car!. I have seen a write up on a swap with a hyundai seat with just minor modifications and i have just bought some 98 jaguar xj8 seats to put in mine. I will take pictures over the next few weeks and let you know how it goes.

they were out of a 2005 tiburon. I have the doc file with pics of how they did the changes but its too big to post here if you email me off line with your email address I can send you the file. its not got great info but at least you can see how they did it. I just can't credit whoever did the work as I have lost the thread. all i have now is the doc file

Hi Barri,the pictures are helpful, i am going to weld a two inch peice of steel from one side mount to the other side, for more stability, we will see how it works, Later, Dennis
