I cant help you other than to say that its a possible shift rod adjustment or worn bushings. I recommend you post transmission problems up on the Tech Help forum, since I'm sure this is not a 129 specific problem. There are more certified MB techs in the Tech Help Forum that will know the nuances of this transmission.
